Laing O’Rourke has been confirmed as a global leader in complex civil infrastructure taking out the Specialist Tunnelling Project of the Year at the NCE 2015 Tunnelling & Underground Space Awards.
The 901 project, being delivered with joint venture partners Kier and Kaden, is one of MTR’s most complex and challenging to date and will greatly expand the capacity and connections of Admiralty Station and the South Island Line – under the heart of Hong Kong’s Central district.
